Our support team at AgMpower knows how confusing learning new software can be. We have written into our website the ability for you to watch our screen as we answer any and all your questions. There is no need for you to download any software.

If you need us to view your computer to fix non AgMpower issues, a small download will be needed and is subject to support charges.

With every subscription there are 2 hours of training and support provided. For an experienced computer user, this is sufficient. If a little assistance is desired without signing up for a year of support, there is an $80 per hour fee.

We advise inexperienced computer users to subscribe for a year of additional support at $60 per month to ensure that all the AgMpower features are being utilized.

In addition to AgMpower Software Support, we offer Farm Management Training in our office by appointment only. Each session would be 3 hours ($400) and is customized to your individual needs.
